CLINICAL OFFERINGS

Individual Therapy

Our therapists are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, insight-oriented therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, culturally-sensitive therapy, and psychological astrology. Through a personally-targeted use of a variety of therapeutic interventions, our therapists are here to support you in moving forward and in gaining the ability to feel discomfort without being paralyzed by it. We believe that working 1:1 with the right counselor can make a meaningful short and long-term difference in your quality of life. Individual therapy supports clients in gaining awareness of their patterns and growing greater self-acceptance. From there, they can embrace who they really are and what they are here to contribute.

Adolescent and Family Therapy

Families have to deal with a lot of unique challenges in today’s world, particularly during the pandemic. The stress of our current moment has been particularly impactful and traumatic for adolescents. Our clinicians are seasoned in working with teens and their families to cope with trauma. We help teens and their families work through crises around gender identity, racism, divorce, death, moves, bullying, abuse, sexuality, academic underperformance, disabilities, symptoms of anxiety, depression and/or defiant behavior. It is common that as a parent, you may feel powerless to help your teen. Our clinicians can help make sense out of confusing behavior and support your family in establishing new patterns.

Psychological Astrology Reading

Are you curious about yourself and your patterns? A 90-minute psychological astrology reading can support you in better understanding you! This reading will look at your astrological natal chart to better understand your temperament, what you need to feel emotionally secure, relationship patterns, challenges, and gifts you have to offer. We recommend this reading for everyone, but in particular for those going through a significant life transition, such as a divorce, career change, health challenge, or major move. Must have a birthdate, time of birth, and location of birth for reading accuracy.
