"Our anxiety does not come from thinking about the future but from wanting to control it."

When you don't know what will happen next, do you automatically predict the worst-case scenario?

From personal experience, I can relate to how the uncertainty of life can lead to stress and anxiety. When we don't know what will happen next it's common to feel skeptical, scared, and paralyzed.

My Advice During These Times:

  1. Stop wasting your time thinking about what CAN or COULD happen.

  2. Focus your energy only on the things you CAN control.

  3. Take Action: Taking action in small ways makes a difference and decreases anxiety.

Now it’s time to put this into action, take out your journal, or start a note on your phone. List out the things you are anxious or stressed about. Then write down the things you do have control over in this situation. Lastly, write down at least one action step you can take in each area of stress or anxiety.

Sending you peaceful thoughts and wishes for brighter days.
